Return Eligibility

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your package
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check the following:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
